About the Therapy
The therapy I use is transpersonal in a person-centred way, it involves talking, listening and possibly using CBT, EMDR, Imagery or Hypnotherapy when appropriate to do so. It really depends on a combination of the client's issue and also the client, alongside the transpersonal energy that we are working with at the time.
Its not easy to explain what transpersonal is, but one of the ways I can describe it is that it is about 'connecting with the flow of energy at the time'.
We work with what comes up in the session, this way you dont have to worry about preparing yourself for your session or deciding what to work on next, because what is important to you will show up at the time.
It is dynamic, sometimes the client feels a great sense of relief, like a weight being lifted off them, others just forget what their issues were very quickly, or even whether they really had any. Sometimes it takes time to build up strength and each step is a goal in itself. Many people say 'I wish I had come here a long time ago'
People tell me that they find the sessions to be life-changing, challenging when required, and most of all inspiring towards a new kind of life which begins to reveal itself as totally accessible
Positive and empowering therapy
This therapy can help with 'hard to shake off' negative thoughts, or maybe you just want to find out 'who you are' or simply feel happier in how you are or who you are with. You may want to finally stop smoking for once and all or lose that extra weight for good; you can learn about assertiveness and techniques which you can readily use to make yourself heard or to control your anger/despair or you may want to explore more deeper and complex issues.

You may have been having difficulty relaxing and need help with your stress levels.
You may be having difficulties with your relationships, and/or feel indecisive. Sometimes people find it very hard to adjust to new situations, such as when they have lost someone close to them. Sometimes we can get stuck in a rut and have unwanted images or thoughts that play over and over in our mind.Perhaps you just need someone to listen without judging you, or maybe you could do with learning some ways to help you manage your anger, stress, or negative thinking.
Whatever it is, you are almost certainly going to feel much more positive and more in control after each session, right from the beginning.
